Hello Parents,

This week we became scientists and field explorers. We have learned about bears’ diets and habitats. Our bear themed study was enriched by a series of hands-on learning opportunities, such as: creation, measurement and dissection of bear scats. Just like real scientists, we used protective equipment, such as: googles, magnifying glasses and gloves. You probably have received a sample yesterday with details about our experiments. The kids really loved it!

Our student-teacher Ms. Bello has almost completed her teaching practicum with us. We will say good bye to her in a bear style celebration- Hibernation party!

Residency: One World Drumming begins next week and we will showcase our learning on December 12. Hope you received your tickets yesterday!
